Bayerisches Integrationsgesetz
(1)
Die Staatsregierung beruft im Rahmen des Bayerischen Beauftragtengesetzes eine Persönlichkeit zu ihrer Beratung und Unterstützung in Fragen der Integrations-, Asyl- und Migrationspolitik (Bayerischer Integrationsbeauftragter).
(2)
Der Integrationsbeauftragte kann zu seiner Beratung Vertreter von Verbänden, die die Integration von Migrantinnen und Migranten fördern wollen, heranziehen (Bayerischer Integrationsrat).
