(1)
Soweit eine Garage für Kraftfahrzeuge bestimmt ist, deren Länge mehr als 5 m und deren Breite mehr als 2 m beträgt, können weitergehende Anforderungen als nach dieser Verordnung zur Erfüllung des Art. 3 BayBO im Einzelfall gestellt werden.
(2)
Für geschlossene Großgaragen können im Einzelfall von den Brandschutzdienststellen Feuerwehrpläne gefordert werden.
