Für einzelne kreisangehörige Gemeinden können je nach Teilnahme an den Vorteilen einer Einrichtung des Landkreises die Prozentsätze nach Art. 18 Abs. 3 mit Genehmigung der Aufsichtsbehörde erhöht werden.
