Für die Abwicklung des elektronischen Abrufverfahrens aus den elektronisch geführten Registern nach § 79 Abs. 5, § 707d Abs. 2 BGB und § 9 Abs. 1 HGB, auch in Verbindung mit § 707b Nr. 2 BGB, § 156 GenG und § 5 Abs. 2 Halbsatz 1 PartGG, sind die in der Anlage 1 bezeichneten Stellen zuständig.
