1Es besteht ein Landesamt für Sicherheit in der Informationstechnik (Landesamt). 2Es ist dem Staatsministerium der Finanzen und für Heimat unmittelbar nachgeordnet. 3Das Landesamt ist zuständige Behörde im Sinne des Art. 8 der Richtlinie (EU) 2022/2555.
