Bayerisches Disziplinargesetz
(1)
1Der Verwaltungsgerichtshof entscheidet über die Berufung, wenn das Disziplinarverfahren nicht auf andere Weise abgeschlossen wird, auf Grund mündlicher Verhandlung durch Urteil. 2 §§ 125 und 130a VwGO bleiben unberührt. 3 § 106 VwGO findet keine Anwendung.
(2)
Das Urteil des Verwaltungsgerichtshofs wird mit der Verkündung rechtskräftig.
