1Das Gericht kann das Disziplinarverfahren beschränken, indem es solche Handlungen ausscheidet, die für die Art und Höhe der zu erwartenden Disziplinarmaßnahme nicht oder voraussichtlich nicht ins Gewicht fallen. 2 Art. 21 Abs. 2 Sätze 3 und 4 gelten entsprechend.
