Beamtenrecht
Der Beamte oder die Beamtin ist durch den Vorsitzenden oder die Vorsitzende gleichzeitig mit der Zustellung der Disziplinarklage oder der Nachtragsdisziplinarklage auf die Fristen des Art. 53 Abs. 1 und des Art. 56 Abs. 2 sowie auf die Folgen der Fristversäumung hinzuweisen.
