1Die Kürzung des Ruhegehalts ist die bruchteilsmäßige Verminderung des monatlichen Ruhegehalts um höchstens ein Fünftel auf längstens fünf Jahre. 2 Art. 9 Abs. 1 Sätze 4 und 5 sowie Abs. 2 Sätze 1 und 4 gelten entsprechend.
