1Abweichend von Art. 57 Abs. 5 Satz 2 BayBO genügt die Anzeige bei der Bauaufsichtsbehörde. 2Die Bauaufsichtsbehörde leitet, soweit sie nicht Gemeinde ist, die Anzeige unter Mitteilung des Tages der Einreichung unverzüglich an die Gemeinde weiter.
