1Dieses Gesetz trat am 1. März 1999 in Kraft und wurde als § 1 des Gesetzes zur Umsetzung des Gesetzes zum Schutz des Bodens in Bayern vom 23. Februar 1999 (GVBl. S. 36) verkündet.

Art. 13a tritt mit Ablauf des 31. Dezember 2030 außer Kraft.
