1Ein Bauprodukt darf auch verwendet werden, wenn die Verwendbarkeit durch Zustimmung im Einzelfall nachgewiesen ist. 2Wenn Gefahren im Sinne des Art. 3 Satz 1 nicht zu erwarten sind, kann die oberste Bauaufsichtsbehörde im Einzelfall erklären, dass ihre Zustimmung nicht erforderlich ist.
