Bayerisches Beamtengesetz
1Endet das Beamtenverhältnis nach § 24 Abs. 1 BeamtStG, so entstehen keine Ansprüche auf Leistungen des Dienstherrn, soweit gesetzlich nichts anderes bestimmt ist. 2Beamte und Beamtinnen dürfen die Amtsbezeichnung und die im Zusammenhang mit dem Amt verliehenen Titel nicht führen.
