Die Ämter der Prüfungsgebietsleiter und Prüfungsgebietsleiterinnen beim Bayerischen Obersten Rechnungshof sind entsprechend den gestellten Anforderungen als Ämter für Leitende Ministerialräte und Leitende Ministerialrätinnen einzustufen.
