Art. 11, 91 Abs. 2, Art. 99a und 108 Abs. 9 gelten für Arbeitnehmer und Arbeitnehmerinnen entsprechend, soweit nicht eine günstigere tarifvertragliche Regelung besteht.

Art. 14 Satz 3 gilt entsprechend.
