Bundesausbildungsförderungsgesetz
Die Länder können Landesämter für Ausbildungsförderung errichten. Mehrere Länder können ein gemeinsames Landesamt für Ausbildungsförderung errichten. Im Falle der Errichtung eines Landesamtes für Ausbildungsförderung nach Satz 1 findet § 40 Absatz 2 Satz 3 Nummer 2 keine Anwendung.
