An die Europäische Kommission werden die Daten, die dem Umfang nach den Daten nach § 91a des Aufenthaltsgesetzes entsprechen, zur Aufgabenerfüllung nach Artikel 27 der Richtline 2001/55/EG übermittelt. § 26 Satz 4 ist nicht anzuwenden.
