Zoll- und Außenwirtschaftsrecht
(1) Verboten sind Handels- und Vermittlungsgeschäfte in Bezug auf in Teil I Abschnitt A der Ausfuhrliste erfasste Güter, welche unmittelbar oder mittelbar für Personen, Organisationen oder Einrichtungen in folgenden Ländern bestimmt sind:

- Belarus,
- 2.
- Birma/Myanmar,
- 3.
- (weggefallen)
- 4.
- Demokratische Republik Kongo,
- 5.
- Demokratische Volksrepublik Korea,
- 6.
- Iran,
- 7.
- Libanon,
- 8.
- Libyen,
- 8a.
- Russland,
- 9.
- Simbabwe,
- 10.
- Sudan,
- 10a.
- Südsudan,
- 11.
- Syrien,
- 11a.
- Venezuela,
- 12.
- Zentralafrikanische Republik.
(2) Das Verbot nach Absatz 1 gilt auch, wenn die Güter zur Verwendung in folgenden Ländern bestimmt sind:

- Belarus,
- 2.
- Demokratische Republik Kongo,
- 3.
- Demokratische Volksrepublik Korea,
- 4.
- Iran,
- 5.
- Libanon,
- 6.
- Libyen,
- 6a.
- Russland,
- 7.
- Simbabwe,
- 8.
- Sudan,
- 8a.
- Südsudan,
- 9.
- Syrien,
- 9a.
- Venezuela,
- 10.
- Zentralafrikanische Republik.
