(1) Der Anteilspfleger ist unabhängig und nicht an Weisungen gebunden.
(2) Der Anteilspfleger ist nicht zur Veräußerung des Gesellschaftsanteils des Gesellschafters berechtigt, dessen Rechte und Pflichten er wahrnimmt.
