Diese Verordnung tritt am Tag nach der Verkündung in Kraft. Gleichzeitig tritt die Allgemeine Verwaltungsgebührenordnung vom 3. Juli 2001 (GV. NRW. 262), die zuletzt durch Artikel 2 der Verordnung vom 13. April 2022 (GV. NRW. S. 554) geändert worden ist, außer Kraft.
