Soweit die Gebühr in Prozent- oder Promillesätzen des Wertes des Gegenstandes zu berechnen ist und der Allgemeine Gebührentarif nichtsanderesbestimmt, beträgt sie mindestens zehn Euro.Bruchteilsbeträgesind jeweils auf halbe und volle Eurobeträge nach unten abzurunden.
