(1) Wird ein Asylverfahren an der Grenze nach § 18a durchgeführt, ist einem Ausländer abweichend von § 63a keine Bescheinigung über die Meldung als Asylantragsteller (Ankunftsnachweis) und abweichend von § 63 keine Bescheinigung über die Aufenthaltsgestattung auszustellen.
(2) Wird die Einreise gestattet, so findet § 63 zu diesem Zeitpunkt entsprechende Anwendung.
