Abgabenordnung
(1) Ordnungswidrig handelt, wer vorsätzlich oder leichtfertig einer Rechtsverordnung nach § 117a Absatz 1 Satz 1 Nummer 1 oder 2 oder einer vollziehbaren Anordnung auf Grund einer solchen Rechtsverordnung zuwiderhandelt, soweit die Rechtsverordnung für einen bestimmten Tatbestand auf diese Bußgeldvorschrift verweist.
(2) Die Ordnungswidrigkeit kann mit einer Geldbuße bis zu fünfzigtausend Euro geahndet werden.
