Anfechtungsgesetz
(1) Rechtshandlungen eines Schuldners, die seine Gläubiger benachteiligen, können außerhalb des Insolvenzverfahrens nach Maßgabe der folgenden Bestimmungen angefochten werden.
(2) Eine Unterlassung steht einer Rechtshandlung gleich.
