Ein Insolvenzverfahren über das Vermögen juristischer Personen des öffentlichen Rechts, die der Aufsicht des Freistaates Bayern unterstehen, findet nicht statt.
(2)
Absatz 1 gilt nicht für die Bayerische Landesbank, die Bayerische Landesbausparkasse und die Sparkassen.
