(1) Ein Verzicht auf die Abgeordnetenbezüge nach § 5 ist unzulässig. Der Anspruch ist nur bis zu einem Viertel übertragbar. Die Amtsausstattung nach § 6 ist nicht übertragbar.
(2) Ansprüche auf Leistungen aus dem Versorgungswerk können weder abgetreten noch verpfändet werden. Im Übrigen können Ansprüche auf laufende Leistungen aus dem Versorgungswerk wie Arbeitseinkommen gepfändet werden.
