Der Präsident bzw. die Präsidentin kann in besonderen wirtschaftlichen Notfällen einem Mitglied des Landtags einmalige Unterstützungen, einem ehemaligen Mitglied des Landtags und dessen Hinterbliebenen einmalige Unterstützungen und laufende Unterhaltszuschüsse gewähren.
