Erwerb und Verlust der Mitgliedschaft im Landtag regeln sich nach den Vorschriften des Landeswahlgesetzes. Während der Dauer der Mitgliedschaft im Landtag darf dem Nachnamen der Zusatz Mitglied des Landtags oder MdL hinzugefügt werden.
