Gebührenordnung für Maßnahmen bei Typprüfungen von
Verbrennungsmotoren
Für den Widerruf oder die Rücknahme einer Amtshandlung, die Ablehnung eines Antrags auf Vornahme einer Amtshandlung sowie in den Fällen der Zurücknahme eines Antrags auf Vornahme einer Amtshandlung werden Gebühren nach Maßgabe des § 15 des Verwaltungskostengesetzes erhoben.
