Wer eine in § 25 Absatz 1 bezeichnete vorsätzliche Handlung beharrlich wiederholt oder durch eine solche vorsätzliche Handlung Leben oder Gesundheit eines anderen oder fremde Sachen von bedeutendem Wert gefährdet, ist nach § 29 des Produktsicherheitsgesetzes strafbar.
