ZSKG
Zivilschutz- und Katastrophenhilfegesetz
(1) Beim Bundesministerium des Innern, für Bau und Heimat besteht eine Kommission zum Schutz der Zivilbevölkerung.
(2) Sie berät die Bundesregierung ehrenamtlich in wissenschaftlichen und technischen Fragen des Zivilschutzes und der Katastrophenhilfe.
(3) Die organisatorische Betreuung der Kommission obliegt dem Bundesamt für Bevölkerungsschutz und Katastrophenhilfe.
