Bei der Durchführung der Zwangsvollstreckung wegen Geldforderungen in das bewegliche Vermögen haben Bevollmächtigte nach § 79 Absatz 2 Satz 1 und 2 Nummer 3 und 4 ihre ordnungsgemäße Bevollmächtigung zu versichern; des Nachweises einer Vollmacht bedarf es in diesen Fällen nicht. Satz 1 gilt nicht für Anträge nach § 802g.
