Betreibt ein Ehegatte, der in Gütergemeinschaft lebt und das Gesamtgut nicht oder nicht allein verwaltet, selbständig ein Erwerbsgeschäft, so genügt zur Zwangsvollstreckung in das Gesamtgut ein gegen ihn ergangenes Urteil.
