(1) Anträge nach den §§ 710, 711 Satz 3, § 712 sind vor Schluss der mündlichen Verhandlung zu stellen, auf die das Urteil ergeht.
(2) Die tatsächlichen Voraussetzungen sind glaubhaft zu machen.
