Das Gericht kann auf Antrag einer Partei streitgegenständliche Informationen ganz oder teilweise als geheimhaltungsbedürftig einstufen, wenn diese ein Geschäftsgeheimnis nach § 2 Nummer 1 des Gesetzes zum Schutz von Geschäftsgeheimnissen sein können; die §§ 16 bis 20 des Gesetzes zum Schutz von Geschäftsgeheimnissen sind entsprechend anzuwenden.
