Int. Zivilprozessrecht
(1) Für Klagen nach § 795 Satz 1 in Verbindung mit § 767 gilt § 1086 Absatz 1 entsprechend.
(2) Richtet sich die Klage gegen die Vollstreckung aus einem gerichtlichen Vergleich oder einer öffentlichen Urkunde, ist § 767 Absatz 2 nicht anzuwenden.
