(1) Im Fall einer Videoverhandlung nach Artikel 8 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 861/2007 ist nur § 128a Absatz 6 anwendbar.
(2) Die Bestimmung eines frühen ersten Termins zur mündlichen Verhandlung (§ 275) ist ausgeschlossen.
