Int. Zivilprozessrecht
(1) Ist der Europäische Zahlungsbefehl im Inland zuzustellen, gelten die Vorschriften über das Verfahren bei Zustellungen von Amts wegen entsprechend. Die §§ 185 bis 188 sind nicht anzuwenden.
(2) Ist der Europäische Zahlungsbefehl in einem anderen Mitgliedstaat der Europäischen Union zuzustellen, gelten die Vorschriften der Verordnung (EU) 2020/1784 sowie für die Durchführung dieser Verordnung § 1067 Absatz 1, § 1069 Absatz 1 und § 1070 entsprechend.
