Die Behörden des Zollfahndungsdienstes und ihre Beamten haben bei der Erfüllung ihrer Aufgaben nach § 1 Absatz 5 dieselben Rechte und Pflichten wie die Behörden und Beamten des Polizeidienstes nach den Vorschriften der Strafprozessordnung; ihre Beamten sind Ermittlungspersonen der Staatsanwaltschaft.
