Zollverordnung
Waren im Postverkehr, die durch das Zollgebiet der Gemeinschaft durchgeführt werden, sind von der Gestellung befreit. Die Befreiung gilt jedoch nicht, wenn die Waren Verboten und Beschränkungen unterliegen oder unterliegen können.
