ZollV
Zollverordnung
(1) Frei von Einfuhrabgaben im Sinne des Artikels 4 Nr. 10 Zollkodex sind unter der Voraussetzung der Gegenseitigkeit Lebensmittel und Tabakwaren, die in einem Luftfahrzeug
- 1.
- als Bordvorräte eingeführt und
- 2.
- nur zum Verbrauch an Bord während des Fluges abgegeben
(2) Die Einfuhrabgabenfreiheit hängt davon ab, daß das Luftfahrzeug Fluggäste nur im internationalen Fluglinienverkehr befördert.
