Wirtschaftsprüfer und vereidigte Buchprüfer sind verpflichtet, die in dem Beratungshilfegesetz vorgesehene Beratungshilfe zu übernehmen. Sie können die Beratungshilfe im Einzelfall aus wichtigem Grund ablehnen.
