Steuerberater und Bewerber, die die Prüfung als Steuerberater bestanden haben, können die Prüfung in verkürzter Form ablegen. Bei der Prüfung in verkürzter Form entfällt die schriftliche und mündliche Prüfung im Steuerrecht.
