Die §§ 63 und 64, mit Ausnahme von § 64 Absatz 2, § 67 Absatz 4, die §§ 68 bis 71, 80 Absatz 1 Satz 2 Nummer 2 und 3 und Absatz 7 bis 13, § 81 Absatz 1 bis 4, § 83 Absatz 1 und 2, § 87 Absatz 1 Satz 1, Absatz 2, 3, 4 Satz 1 und Absatz 6 sind auf Wertpapierdienstleistungsunternehmen und Kreditinstitute entsprechend anzuwenden, wenn sie strukturierte Einlagen verkaufen oder über diese beraten.
