Auf Ansprüche auf Herausgabe einer Ausfertigung des Protokolls nach § 34 Absatz 2a der bis zum 2. Januar 2018 gültigen Fassung dieses Gesetzes, die bis zum Ablauf des 2. Januar 2018 entstanden sind, findet § 34 Absatz 2b in der bis zum 2. Januar 2018 gültigen Fassung dieses Gesetzes weiterhin Anwendung.
