§ 11 Absatz 4 Satz 1 ist erst anzuwenden, wenn eine auf der Grundlage von § 4 Absatz 3 und § 5 Absatz 1 des KRITIS-Dachgesetzes erlassene Rechtsverordnung gilt. Bis zur Geltung dieser Rechtsverordnung ist § 11 Absatz 4 Satz 1 in der bis einschließlich 16. März 2026 geltenden Fassung weiter anzuwenden.
