Wehrpflichtgesetz
(1) Die Bundesregierung erlässt die Rechtsverordnungen über die
- 1.
- Zuständigkeit und das Verfahren bei der Unabkömmlichstellung (§ 13 Absatz 2) und
- 2.
- Erstattung von Auslagen (§ 19 Absatz 5 Satz 6).
(2) Die Rechtsverordnung nach Absatz 1 Nummer 1 bedarf der Zustimmung des Bundesrates.
