Wehrpflichtgesetz
(1) Ungediente Wehrpflichtige können auch nach ihrer Musterung vor ihrer Einberufung auf ihre Eignung für Verwendungen in den Streitkräften untersucht werden, soweit die Untersuchung erforderlich und notwendig ist. Das gilt auch, soweit die bei der Musterung getroffenen Feststellungen nicht ausreichen.
(2) § 17 Absatz 8 Satz 2 bis 4 und § 19 Absatz 5 Satz 1 bis 5 finden entsprechende Anwendung.
