Wehrpflichtgesetz
Das Bundesamt für das Personalmanagement der Bundeswehr ist berechtigt, die Daten nach § 15 zum Zweck der Aktualisierung erneut abzurufen. Die Berechtigung zum Datenabruf endet mit dem Ablauf des Jahres, in dem der Wehrpflichtige das 60. Lebensjahr vollendet hat.
