Mietrecht u.Ä.
(1) Wird nach dem Wohnraumförderungsgesetz die Wohnfläche berechnet, sind die Vorschriften dieser Verordnung anzuwenden.
(2) Zur Berechnung der Wohnfläche sind die nach § 2 zur Wohnfläche gehörenden Grundflächen nach § 3 zu ermitteln und nach § 4 auf die Wohnfläche anzurechnen.
